1. Who we are
Dream Destinations is operated by Dream Destinations, Lda., a company registered in Portugal. Reference to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms means Dream Destinations, Lda.
2. Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including guest names, ID details, and payment information.
3. Bookings and payments
When you complete a booking you enter a contract directly with the accommodation provider. Dream Destinations acts as an intermediary. Rates, taxes, and cancellation policies are shown before you confirm and form part of that contract.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Most stays qualify for free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates are marked as such at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Best-price guarantee
If you find the same room, dates, and conditions cheaper on another consumer-facing site within 24 hours of booking, we'll refund the difference. Group rates, opaque rates, and loyalty-only rates are excluded.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dream Destinations is not liable for the acts or omissions of accommodation providers. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid for the affected booking.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
